Returns And Refunds

 

I hope you are completely happy with your Charlotte Mcleish purchase. Unfortunatly i am unable to except returns unless the item is faulty or we have disgust a return before purchasing. If you change your mind about your order im  happy to issue a gift voucher for the price of the item. 

 

All pre arranged returns or faulty  items must be returned in perfect condition unused or worn and in original packaging. Any cost of returning your item falls to the customer. Please send as recorded delivery with tracking numbers . This is for the customers protection as any items lost or damaged in post will not be refunded. Once item has been safely received  your refund will be issued within 14 days using the same method the original payment was made. 

 

Please Note Charlotte Mcleish Ceramics will not refund Postage and Packaging or any duties payed.

Faulty Goods 

 

You are entitled to a full refund on any faulty items within 14 days. Any items returned within a reasonable time after 14 days will be entitled to a repair or exchange on your item. 

 

 

 

Non- Returnable Products 

 

Unfortunately in compliance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations I am unable to refund any earrings. This doesn’t affect your Statutory rights 

 

Unfortunately I am not able to refund items bought in the sale

 

Bespoke Jewellery and Ceramics 

 

Bespoke jewellery and ceramic items are not entitled to a refund or exchange.

Care Instructions 

 

For my standard ceramic vases please wipe clean with slightly soapy damp cloth

 

For all my Illustrated work

All Illustrated work is strictly for decorative use only. To clean use a slight damp lint free cloth

 

For jewellery 

As with all jewellery please keep dry, clean and away from perfumes and chemicals to prevent tarnishing.
